Free

The Free plan is a permanent free tier - no trial, no expiration. It includes a one-time credit grant on signup so you can start monitoring immediately without a credit card.

Good for: personal projects, hobby sites, individual developers exploring the product.

Limits to be aware of:

  • 1 status page maximum
  • Only the account owner can access the workspace (no team members)
  • 14-day data retention - uptime history older than two weeks is not available
  • No monthly credit refresh; once your signup credits are used you need to purchase more or upgrade

Starter

Starter is designed for small teams and early-stage products that need reliable monitoring and a professional status page.

What you get beyond Free:

  • 3 status pages - enough for separate customer-facing, internal ops, and staging environments
  • Up to 5 team members with full role-based access control
  • 30-day data retention for richer uptime history
  • Monthly credit allocation included - your credit balance refreshes each billing cycle so monitoring keeps running without manual top-ups

Pro

Pro is built for production teams that need more coverage, longer history, and room to grow.

What you get beyond Starter:

  • 10 status pages
  • Unlimited team members - no per-seat charges as your team grows
  • 90-day data retention - full quarter of uptime history for SLA reporting and incident reviews
  • Higher monthly credit allocation for more monitors and shorter check intervals
  • Custom domains (coming soon) - host your status page at status.yourcompany.com
  • Custom CSS (coming soon) - full visual control to match your brand

Enterprise

Enterprise is available for organizations with advanced requirements:

Annual Discount

All paid plans are available on a monthly or annual billing cycle. Choosing annual billing provides a significant discount compared to paying month-to-month. You can switch between billing cycles at renewal time from Settings > Billing.
